Included is data to manufacture resetter devices which includes confidential IP used by Neopost to lock 3rd party manufacturers. Why is this project available for sale? Simple really. SmartChip Technologies has many projects in development that are unrelated to the printer chip industry. Manufacturing and selling the products while developing other projects has become too complicated.
